Thank you for joining us from Denmark.  It is fantastic to see how the “Soul Filled Cafe can go “global” so quickly!  I really enjoyed that you shared the benefit of pushing the pause button during the video as you were participating in this game.  I also appreciate that you wrote that you just heard silence during part of the game.  I have found that relaxing into the silence really creates the space for the connection with me and “trusted source” to grow.  I have also found that practice creates the space for “no-mind” to exist, where my internal chatter is quieted and I can really hear what “trusted source” is wanting to share with me.  How has your connection with your guidance, who is named “Divine”, been changed or enhanced by knowing its name?  At the end of the experience did you feel led to offer any gratitude to Divine?  If yes, how did that look?  I am curious, as Divine was connecting with you, what vehicles of communication were present during the process? Yes — taking time to pause the video is a really good idea so that you can really go within.   I love the message you received.  Wonderful guidance for all of us and very loving.

I’m curious — have you done some dialoguing with your trusted source before?  How is this technique different from other methods you’ve tried (if you have).

Hi Gina — so as you know, I first heard the name “Leo” when you first showed this wonderful technique for tapping in to me last month.  It does help to have the name and I was surprised by it, when first heard the name.  I get a sense that “Leo” is a newer energy, guide I am working with and seems to be specifically helping with business guidance (I have soooooo many questions all the time — which is why I love this technique you offer)

For others reading this — before Gina shared this simple technique, I used to drop everything I was doing and either go off for a walk, do lengthy journaling or a 15 minute meditation to get answers.  Imagine my surprise to find that my guidance was “right there.”  To me the BIGGEST part of this technique is to find that higher vibration (I like to imagine a favorite hammock from growing up) — I put myself in that hammock, think some lovely thoughts, add some warm sunshine, and voila, leo is right there to offer some helpful guidance.

And to answer your Q’s Gina — I was inspired to offer my gratitude to Leo but had not thought to give a gift back.  I will do that next time. (Thanks for asking that!)  

My inner guidance communicates via “knowing” or words.  (My intutition tends to be “Claircognizance” — clear or inner knowing ) and I have been developing that part of myself more and more. Something I now regularly do is RECORD on my iphone voice recorder guidance when it comes to me.  I always know it’s there b/c it has an energy of feeling very uplifting. And it OFTEN comes when I am driving.  Thus the use of the voice recorder (otherwise I will forget and attempting to write it down while driving is awkward and probably unsafe).

For You:
When I was first invited to be a guest on the Soul-Filled Cafe, my trusted source was very excited and knew this information was extremely important for people at this time.  I have therefore written “A Call to Action” for your enjoyment and inspiration.  Please enjoy!

Call to Action
Many of you are noticing a sense of something coming.  You don’t know what it is, how it will affect you or what your role is, but the feeling of pending arrival is tangible.  And this unknowing, this sense of gripping uncertainty is both scary and unnerving.  The sense of floating with nothing to hang onto or the feeling of internal pressure building is quite real and tangible.

And if you take a deep breath.
Still yourself.
And notice in that place of internal quiet, that their is a deep desire to understand what is happening.  In this consciousness, there is a potential to face into the fear instead of running from it.

If you are reading this and these words resonate with you, my message to you is YOU ARE NOT ALONE.  There are many of us around the globe that have had this door of perception opened.  I am one of the way workers with tools.  I am a change agent like you and am here to offer an immediate way for you to access more information and increase your knowledge about what you are experiencing.  I am here to offer a technique that you can use to anchor yourself to a rock of light in this changing and chaotic world.

Gina — how does your guidance come in?  Is it words?  images?  knowing?

I just wrote in my reply to you that I mostly get guidance via Clair-cognizance or a “knowing” 
So I am curious about yourself — and anyone else reading this.

Last Saturday I attended a workshop on  “Intuitive Development” — led
by a woman named Diana Friedell (http://tuningin-tuningup.com/ )  Very
gifted psychic. And she discussed the various ways we can tap into intution (we have the ability to develop any of these but probably have a strength in one or two):
Claire-cognizance — intution via knowing
Claire-sentience — intution via your feelings
Claire-audience — intution via sounds and hearing voices
Clairvoyance — intution via images and inner vision

(lesser known)
Claire-alience — intution via smell (smelling aromas of things that are not physically there may offer a message)
Claire-ambience — intution via taste (ie tasting cabbage when you haven’t been eating cabbage, may carry a message for you)

And another way I receive guidance is via books and synchronicities.  I just had a great one at lunch.  I went to a local cafe here in the Catskills that is a combined cafe and used book store and picked up, randomly, a copy of Jane Goodall’s “Beyond Innocene”  (a collection of her letters during the later years of her work in Africa with primates)  And what country does she mention in the very first paragraph?  TANZANIA. Love it.

I’ll have to check google analytics tomorrow to see if we actually had any visitors from Tanzania, but thought that was cool.

I mainly experience claire-audience (and now I have the term for it, thank you!)…I hear words and voices, often full streams of consciousness.

I’d love to hear how other people get their own guidance, if anyone else cares to share. I’m fascinated by this.

I find this info helpful too.  It makes me realize that we are all “psychic.”  It’s an ability we all have, we just may not have the awareness about how it comes through. 

Interesting that your strength is audio.  You even wrote here “I’d love to HEAR how other people get their guidance…”  cool! 

Quite interestingly my trusted source was me. My “me” of 20 years from now…

And she has invited me to converse with her regulalry… it is a beautiful feeling i am getting through my body right now… 

When I asked her the gift she wants to share with me, she said “walk with certainty”

My legs feel like energy is moving through it right now.

Thank you for sharing.  I study Kabbalah and Rachel is a powerful female source in their teachings.  How beautiful that your guidance is named Rachel.  I also appreciate that you shared that some of the communication came through as a feeling (glow of a gentle smile) -how poetic!  I often feel as though the manner of my communication with source has a poetry itself.  Have you ever felt guided to “play” with the poetry of your communication with Rachel?  For example, when you state that you felt the “glow of a gentile smile” from Rachel, offering a similar reply back.  Perhaps, having your soul smile in return and then experiencing Rachel’s response to your “soul smiling”.  If you try  a similar exercise, and feel like sharing, I would love to hear about your experience.

I am so sorry I missed this conversation today. I just read through the responses and it sounds like there was so much magic here today. I have had a very “earthly” day – filled with children and making meals and going to a movie and so on. 
But I LOVE the energy that fills these responses and I will make time tomorrow (when I have a babysitter!) to watch the video in full and spend time with my own inner guidance.

I love these very insightful questions.  I would absolutely love to share more.  I have noticed lately my guidance has been coming in more frequently from a knowing (Claire-cognizance) way.  Over the years of communicating with trusted source I have found the information comes in all the ways you have mentioned, except via taste (Claire-ambience).  Sometimes my guidance also comes as songs.  Either the lyrics of the song have a message for me or the way I feel when I sing the song is the message.
 
An example of Claire-alience (intuition via smell), has been given by one of my guides, Michael (many know him as the arch-angel Michael).  In the past, when he really wanted me to know he was around (and I wasn’t being receptive to the communications / or didn’t realize at the time he was trying to communicate with me) I would smell the scent of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. 

Another example, is how I write poetry.  That is almost always given as words that are visually painted on my mind’s eye or whispered to me.

Another component of communication with guidance or trusted source, is how my visualization of my trusted sources have changed throughout my lifetime.  I first started communicating with Michael when I was about 3 years old.  I just remember him being a playmate.  As my “imaginary friend” he came to me as a boy just about my age.  As I grew older and understood he was Michael the arch-angel, his form has taken on the presence of a 14-foot tall towering angel.  He is mainly white light. Flowing, with large soft wings.  His face is soft and less featured.  I can imagine as I continue to grow spiritually and continue on my path of transformation that his form might continue to shift as I shift. 

Dear Heather and Sue,

As I am reading this conversation, it is bringing to mind some interesting questions.  Do either of you communicate with more than one trusted source? Sue, have you received guidance from any guides other than Rachel?
Heather, have you communicated with any guidance other than Leo?

If yes, who where they and what inspired different “trusted sources” to communicate with you at that particular moment?  Are there times where they would all give you a simultaneous response?  When would this occur?

My current experience of trusted source are the following guides:

1. My higher self
2. God
3. Michael (the arch-angel)
4. Mr. H (a Native American energy that is neither female or male)
5. A tree (this powerful consciousness resides in a very old pine tree located near Boulder, Colorado, on the side of a mountain)
6. Shechinah (a Kabbalahistic term, meaning the female aspect of God)
7. Emily (she appears to me as a grandmother figure, an older very sweet, lady)

I have found over time, each one of my trusted sources responds to different types of questions.  For example, business or financial questions seem to be answered by my higher self.  Questions about the earth, nature or Gaia Consciousness, are usually answered by Mr. H.  I have also found the more I communicate with my trusted sources (all 7 listed above), I often get a single unified response.  It is also not as important these days for me to know which of the 7 is offering me a response.  I will not be surprised that as I continue to grow spiritually, this list of my trusted sources will grow as well.

I love seeing this list for your guides, Gina.

My sense is that “Leo” is assisting me with my life purpose, and offers guidance for my business, my direction and choices, relationships, and spiritual growth.

Other guides:
Jesus (grew up with Christianity but from very young age would simply “speak” with J and ask for help. And always a go to for me when in a real pickle.  And always helping me with unconditional love.)
The Holy Spirit — I am A Course in Miracles Student and as the course teaches, the Holy Spirit is a “go between” from us as humans to God.
Angelic realms.
I’ve tapped into some goddess energy at various times.  Most recently with “Freya”  — a nordic goddess energy.
And I have had intuitives describe guides around me that have come into help with different chapter in my own growth and learning.  Some seem to be wise people who have passed over (ie one appeared to be Carl Jung — one of my favorite psychology and soul experts and another may be Master Usui, the founder of Reiki.)

i noticed her wanting her to converse with me more but would only speak when asked… no demands or requests from her… just her reminding me of her access. Of which, in truth, i haven’t used again… until now. Today, everything spun into chaos… I asked her… she said “Be Laughter” …and she showed me that with the simplest alignment, all flows again with ease and I was not to work too hard.. i was just to be laughter and let go so things could align for me again.

Thanks for sharing the way you communicate with trusted source.  I have found my communication with my guidance changes over time.  I would be interested in hearing if yours does and how.

Your responses are wonderful and also offer some exceptional tools for others.  The idea of using your iPhone recorder is spectacular.  I use the “notes” function on my iPhone sometimes too.  I also enjoyed how you receive guidance while driving sometimes.  That happens to me often as well.  Whenever I don’t have good notetaking or recording tools available to me at the time, I just ask trusted source: “Can you hold that thought for me for a moment? And as soon as I am where I can take it down, please give me that information again.”  Trusted source’s response is always yes and the technique always works.

this deeper level of connection unfold.  I find it wonderful that you
have used the exercise to give you further clarity in other aspects of
your life. 

I have a dear friend who is so connected to his trusted source /
guidance that he now uses the connection to get guidance about every day
/ mundane things.  This connection is done so he can serve others in as
full of a way as possible.  For example he will connect with his
“Eternal Friends” (what he calls his guidance) to find which grocery
store is best for him to go to as he heads out of his house.  And then
at the grocery store he will be open to notice that single person that
needed his smile or words of encouragement, presence or just listening. 

The places we can grow this exercise to serve the common good and
promote our unique purpose towards bringing Light to this world are
vast.
