Hi Catrice! I’ve seen you on Facebook and I’m delighted to connect with you here.  I love how you talk about connecting with your juicy spot and sprinkling it all over the world! You are right–when we are there, it is attractive to other people and it blesses everyone we encounter.

What do you see as the biggest obstacle to women finding that juicy place in life?

Blessings to you, kimberly  PS Hi Heather!

Catrice — I love this video so much.  What you call “juicy spot” — is very akin to what I call “Your true path”  (though your language is …uhhh…. juicier! :)   )

But it makes me realize why I resonate so much with you.  I truly believe that one’s “juicy spot’ is where it’s at.  We can attempt to use our “heads” and rationality to find a career or make money, but I find that without any “juicy” — it is hard to maintain it. In fact, no soul or ‘juiciness’ is a great recipe for burn out and career dead ends.  (Memories of job-jobs are arising….  Like the summer I sold Swatch watches at Macy’s — not very juicy for me/ my body would literally lose energy standing under the flourescent lights.   But writing my book “Real Girl Real World”  — VERY juicy.  Loved sitting at the library and researching and writing.  Or my first blog…and just discovering cool blogs…my whole brain lit up.)

So…my juicy spot (path) is when I am inspiring women with innovative information to live their best lives.  I specifically am in my “flow” when I am writing and coaching.  I adore blogging and the feeling I have when I write a new post or article that makes my heart sing. I find that is always a sign that I am connecting with source and is when I get the best feedback from readers.   And I ADORE when I connect a coaching client to an idea or new information that really lands for her and sets her on her path of juiciness in a bigger and more confident way.

Thanks for the juicy vid and Q’s.

    Hello Kimberly,

Thanks for coming to the cafe! Here’s my thoughts on your question, “What do you see as the biggest obstacle to women finding that juicy place in life?”

I’m sure there are many things however if I could lump it into one thing it would be FEAR. Fear of going deep, doing the work from the inside out to discover it, fear of fully releasing it, fear of what others might think if we show up juicy and and fear of the success that may come when we live from our juicy spot (and many more in between all of these.). That’s why I’m so passionate and relentless to help women get NAKED, strip away all the junk and get to the goodies and the sweetness of who they are.

Thanks for such a great question!

Here’s a question to help you find your SWEET spot! “If
your life were really juicy how would you feel and what would you experience?”

Wow, I LOVE what you’re talking about, Catrice!

And the language you use is so compelling and magnetic…juicy, juicy, juicy.

Do you find that it’s actually easier to see other people’s juicy spot (and a bit more of a challenge to recognize our own)?

    Warmly,
    Sue

    Hi Sue,
Thanks for joining us and for the lovely compliment–I love my soul gifts!  I would say yes once one has discovered their juicy spot and they know what it looks and feels like they want everyone else in the world to find theirs. As a trained Licensed Mental Health Therapist I have been trained to look for the non-verbal cues and language of others for the real message.  I can now see it clearly when someone is in their juicy spot even when they can’t sometimes.

If one is looking to discover their juicy spot they can use the same insight they use to see others to see their own among other things I’ll be sharing.

    Live fearlessly delicious!
