I created a new collage yesterday, in celebration of International Soul Art Day (see below). It was a powerful reminder of how much we are rewarded when we take the time to listen in. I set my intention to receive some guidance for the path ahead with Soul-filled Life.
Since the beginning of the New Year, I have been releasing aspects of my biz that I no longer love (for example I recently dropped my Linked In account…more on that another time, but it was a big “should” and I found it annoying until I finally realized I could practice what I preach and let it go.) As I’ve let go of the business “clutter,” I’ve felt more and more aware of the things that I love and that flow for me, and I felt ready to receive some guidance on the path ahead.
After creating my collage, I sat with it and did some journaling and I was delighted to receive some inspiring and specific ideas to implement over the next 24 months. A lot more than I had expected! I know you know this — but clarity is key to confidence and makes the journey a lot more fun. (We all know how to follow next steps, that’s the easy part! Knowing what those are is where we often get stuck.)
The power of using images never gets boring for me. I have been doing Soul Collages for years, and I am continuously moved by the synchronicities and exact perfect messages that come together. The collage I created yesterday was made from just one magazine (something we also practice in the Let Your Heart Sing: Vision Retreat, as a “limit” actually leads to a deeper levels of creativity, trust and surrender.)
As I flipped through my one magazine, I was amazed to find the text with my name: “Cherish Who You Are ~Heather” (I did not create that, it was cut out of the magazine.)
And I see these same powerful synchronicities and results happen for our Vision Retreat participants (again and again):
I discovered interesting aspects of where my life has been and where it’s going. The journal questions were even more thought provoking and revealing. ~Lisa S., Cheshire, CT
It was an emotionally powerful day…this felt more like uncovering the messages, really hearing the guidance about why it is time for certain things. ~Donna
I selected random images and quotes that spoke to me from one magazine. Everything I needed was there. When we placed our images on the board and Heather explained the significance of their position, I was blown away. How true. How true. How amazing to connect with my soul and have a visual demonstration of my heart’s desire in front of me. ~Cherry Norris, cherrynorris.com
I will be placing my newly created collage on my desk tomorrow, while leading a new group through a powerful process of Soul Collaging and Visioning. We’d love to have you join us! There are no other Vision Retreats scheduled, so don’t put off, if you know it will support you today. We have a new easy 2-pay plan to make it an even easier choice.
The Let Your Heart Sing: Vision Retreat is tomorrow, Friday, April 13th. You will discover what your soul is longing for and what makes your heart sing. And because the entire retreat is recorded you do not need to be there live. You can use those to re-create your own retreat, when and where you’d like.
I am co-hosting this with my good friend and colleague, the amazing author Kimberly Schneider (and your enrollment includes a copy of Kimberly’s brand new book!)
The vision retreat will…
- be the perfect place to launch a new chapter of authentic living for yourself
- assist you in releasing what’s no longer serving you and your life
- help you access guidance for your life and dreams
- introduce you to unique journaling, treasuring tools, and visual exercises that will take you deeper into your own discovery process
- energize your life and help you attract new opportunities
- maximize your clarity and reconnect you with YOU
- be a fun and safe space to discover your Soul’s wisdom
By the end of the day, I felt so renewed and peaceful, somewhat like having a day at the Spa. ~Barbara
I would whole heartedly recommend the Vision Retreat. The hours flew by. The instructions were simple and I enjoyed working on the project in real time. I discovered interesting aspects of where my life has been and where it’s going. The journal questions were even more thought provoking and revealing. ~Lisa S., Cheshire, CT
